couldn't find info either, but you could try
www.bol.de
or
www.zvab.com
the latter is a website of all antiquarian bookshops in german speaking countries, more promising I would say.

the emma kunz foundation published a beautiful HUGE book on her work, it's around $100 and totally amazing. text in english as well. a few years ago i made a pilgrimage to visit her home/museum and the grotto where she got seems to have discovered and shared her mineral powers (as well as steiner's goetheanum and corb's ronchamp... quite a lot of food for the heart and mind on that journey!). i have to say i was quite skeptical of the grotto (they suggest only visiting the front area on the first visit because the back is too powerful!); but as i entered near the gate, and also once near the back, i had some really tremendous experiences that could not be explained away. it was incredible. seeing the drawings all in one place was also pretty amazing, because you really got a feeling for her work and, in many ways; disconnecting it from abstract art gave it even more power - just as connecting agnes martin's work to kunz and klint gave martin's another dimension. i was lucky enough to see the show in both ny and la, and the curator's talk in la which shed a lot of light on all three. i thought it was brave to include martin in the show because it finally gave her writings and her work a place where they could be together. the artworld seems afraid to embrace her writings in a spiritual context, but it was enlightening to see the drawings and paintings in the context of spiritual work, because you know it's really how she felt about them.

thank you so much steve, i am going to try to get a copy, the show must have been amazing, i should have gone down to la for it.
it is interesting about the spiritual aspects, i think i would be sceptical as well, but it is all about the experience. speaking of experience, your touch radio work is really amazing, i finally listened last night. very delicate, i had the volume nice and low as well, which certainly adds much.
tarrl and i did a piece with a bunch of tape decks spread out around a studio, all playing wanda landowska's wtk by bach, in loops starting at different times, i keep meaning to find the tape and put it on cd.

I was revisiting this post and noticed your mention of the Bach loops and, if you ever found the tape, I'd love to have a copy...

Emma Kunz's drawings closely relate to work done by Colin Bloy, healer and dowser utilising archetypes, based on CG Jung's concepts. Having analysed her drawings a few years ago, she called them 21st centure man, they are representations in archetypal form of formative forces during the growth process in the womb. I wonder how she knew?
