Rare Hutton! It's magificient. How can it be? Don't know the availability of any title of his work on DVD or VHS. It's truly the "art of memory" here in action. Cheers & thanks.
Oh yes.. I remember now: probably part of that episode of "Screening Room" by filmmaker Robert Gardner. I think it's still available. The whole serie is astonishing...
i have heard there are hutton dvds floating around of his films (maybe that he has had done?), but i have not had access to them, these 2 films are on the wendy and lucy dvd i didn't know about the "screening room" series, just looked it up, looks great, but no way i would/could buy it, will have to look around for library copies. thanks for the tip he really is a great film-maker
I had no idea these films were on the Wendy and Lucy dvd; I'll have to pick it up (loved the film anyway, so...) That's great that Reichardt took the opportunity to give her fellow filmmakers some much needed exposure.
I've seen the Wendy and Lucy DVD... and there's no supplies... at least not on a Canadian DVD! It's sad. It's strictly on US copies. I'll continue my "hunt" for Hutton.

Really would like to see some of Hutton's films. Please, let me know if you ever find anything on DVD
