i was watching 'the diary of a country priest' the other day, and found it quite depressing...there are some stunning shots of the father walking through the woods..i wonder if thats his style of film making, i haven't seen any of his other movies..

i have a loud pair of shoes i call my bresson shoes, because you always hear or see people walking in his movies, when you leave the theatre, every sound and movement seems so hightened, it is one of the great things about his films.
there is always melancholia as well, but melancholia makes me happy.....
