i was watching 'the diary of a country priest' the other day, and found it quite depressing...there are some stunning shots of the father walking through the woods..i wonder if thats his style of film making, i haven't seen any of his other movies..
i have a loud pair of shoes i call my bresson shoes, because you always hear or see people walking in his movies, when you leave the theatre, every sound and movement seems so hightened, it is one of the great things about his films.there is always melancholia as well, but melancholia makes me happy.....
hahaha....and when i was going through your train images, i was wondering have you seen the movie called 'Closely watched Trains' . Its one of my favorite movies.
i like it very much, am almost done with list number 2, which has a bunch of good images from that film.was there a train in diary? can't remember, probably not...i have the dvd but it has been a while since i watched it. the book looks really good as well,
i have to find a copy of this book, it looks incredible!!!
